This month I received a Kerastase Masque Age Recharge, OPI Top Coat, DDF Advanced Firming Cream and J.R. Watkins Hand & Body Lotion.
Kerastase Masque Age Recharge
- Simply a hair masque. I’ve never used a hair masque before, so this shall be interesting to try out. The smell is pleasant and there is a decent amount of product for this sample size.
OPI Top Coat
- I’ve tried this top coat before and I’m not too fond of it. I find that it bubbles and does not dry as fast as I would like. Your manicure is also easily ruined if you bump into/touch something when it has not fully dried. Currently I have been using the Seche Vite Top Coat which I really enjoy.
DDF Advanced Firming Cream
- This seems to be a fairly decent product after looking at reviews online. However, the smell of the product is a little odd! It has an herbal scent in my opinion which could take some time getting used to.
J.R. Watkins Hand & Body Lotion in Lavender
- Can’t go wrong with another hand/body lotion in your collection. This one has a nice smell to it. Can’t wait to try it!
Also included in the box is a special “seeded” wildflower card as a special gift for Loose Button’s 1 year anniversary. This is a very innovative concept and I look forward to planting this.

I received the hand lotion in my box too and it was only half full! It took me a while to get out some product. The thing was also covered in dust… oh well.. I also agree with Kathy, Seche Vite is the way to go, I have a full size of the OPI top coat that I bought and it’s definitely not my fave.
I have received the December and January boxes in addition to March and I liked the other two better. I’m holding a giveaway though, one lucky Canadian will win a May 2012 Luxebox!

I got the Fekkai hair masks (the first in line product i reserved) and the j.r. watkins cream, but I think I would have preferred your box! I got the my scent program as one of my samples which disappointed me… !
I’m not sure if I like the “first in line” option to reserve products.. I haven’t been able to due to bad timing or that the products aren’t suitable for me.

It’s a nice thing to do, I think, but once in a while. I’ve been subscripted for three months and two of those three months have had a first in line option. It’s definitely a good thing if you actually get to reserve a product you want! haha.
I like fragrances, but I don’t think the my scent adds any value to a box, since they’re available to anybody for free. (one of the samples I got was even smaller than the regular 1.2 ml samples you could get from Sephora or SDM, it was only about 0.5ml!)
Your box is a little different than mine……. I do agree that the Seche Vite Top coat is the best.. I have never tried the OPI one before but I know that I will prally go back to using Seche!

Seche Vite is definitely a great top coat. I would not recommend the OPI one!
